Refund Policy

All sales are final

Access is sold as a one-time $25 USD purchase and all sales are final. We provide a free 100-question set, with full four-way explanations, precisely so you can thoroughly evaluate the product before you pay.

If something doesn't work

If you experience a technical problem that prevents access to what you paid for, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it — restoring your access or, where we cannot, arranging an appropriate remedy.

When we do refund

Although purchases are final, we will refund in full if:

• you paid and did not receive access, and we could not restore it after you contacted support;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or
• your payment processor confirms a payment from your account was unauthorized.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account, the transaction reference from your payment confirmation, the date and amount charged, and a short description of the problem.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the original currency and amount, with no fee deducted. We initiate approved refunds within three business days; your bank or card issuer typically completes them within 5–10 business days.

If we decline

Reply to the decline email with any additional information and we will look again.

Mock exams are a free future addition

Your purchase is for full access to the complete practice bank, available immediately. Mock exams and score reports are a free future addition to your access — not a feature you are paying separately for. Because we will only release them once they are genuinely varied, we do not commit to a release date, and their timing is not a basis for a refund.
