The free tier

You can use Pass My PMP for free with a 100-question practice set — no payment required.

What your purchase grants

A one-time payment of $25 USD grants you lifetime access to the complete question bank for your personal, individual use. Mock exams and score reports, when released, are included in that access at no extra cost.

"Lifetime" means for as long as Pass My PMP operates. We have no plans to close the service, but if we ever do, access ends with it.

Delivery

Paid access is activated automatically when your payment is confirmed by the payment processor — normally immediately, and within one hour at most. If you have paid and do not have access, contact [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you.

One person, one account

Access is for one individual. You may not share, lend, transfer, or resell your account or access credentials.

Our content is proprietary

All questions, answer options, and explanations are the proprietary content of Techarbor Enterprise. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or share any of the content, in whole or in part.

Acceptable use

In addition, you may not:

• scrape or use automated tools to extract questions, explanations, or other content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service down briefly for maintenance.

Refunds

All sales are final. We provide 100 free practice questions with full four-way explanations so you can thoroughly evaluate the product before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem that prevents access to what you paid for, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.

Your purchase is for full access to the complete practice bank, available immediately. Mock exams are a free future addition to your access, not a feature you are paying separately for. Because we will only release them once they are genuinely varied, we do not commit to a release date, and their timing is not a basis for a refund.

Changes to content

We may update, correct, or expand the question bank and features over time. Your lifetime access covers the service as it evolves; we don’t guarantee any specific question or feature will remain unchanged.

No guarantee of exam success

Pass My PMP provides exam-preparation material only. We make no guarantee that using it will result in passing the PMP exam. The actual PMP examination is set, administered, and marked solely by the Project Management Institute (PMI). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techarbor Enterprise is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

PMP is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Pass My PMP and Techarbor Enterprise are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceedings, contact us in writing at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last revision. If a change materially affects your access, we will notify account holders by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Techarbor Enterprise for this service.
